INVOLVING NON TECHNOLOGICAL SKILLS IN INNOVATION PROCESSES
Human and social sciences, ergonomics, design... are disciplines and know-how not associated broadly enough into the conception processes of new products and services. Though, this is a competitive factor especially in "high-tech" domains.
We mainly act as a facilitator, help people from different background understand each other and cooperate in a more effective way, as we don’t pretend to master all these disciplines.
My methods are greatly influenced by my own continuous education practice, in personal development (Ecole Parisienne de Gestalt, 1995) and a University Master (Rennes 2 University) on adult training strategies and methods (2004)
